Quality Assurance of Micro-Credentials
Academic excellence underpins the value of all University accredited micro-credentials. Quality Assurance is the systemic processes by which Universities monitor, evaluate, and continually enhance the quality of their teaching, learning, research and service delivery.
MicroCreds partner universities are Designated Awarding Body (DABs) under the Qualifications and Quality Assurance Act (2012) and have comprehensive internal and external quality assurance policies and procedures in place which meet national and European standards. As DABs, each University is responsible for developing and managing the robust quality assurance of their micro-credentials in keeping with their commitment to providing high-quality education and maintaining rigorous academic standards.
