Integrated business planning helps organisations align their goals, resources and operations. This 6-week, Level 9 online micro-credential introduces you to advanced Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to bring together information from across and outside the business.

You’ll learn how to coordinate plans across supply chain, finance, marketing and operations, creating one agenda, one set of priorities, and one set of figures to guide decision-making.

The module explores S&OP models, performance measures and improvement strategies to help you build a more agile, aligned and informed organisation. Designed for professionals across a range of industries, this course will help you contribute to better forecasting, planning and performance.

This micro-credential is associated with the MSc in Supply Chain Operations. It can be taken as a standalone micro-credential or as part of a pathway to a larger award.

• Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree (NFQ Level 8) with at least a second class honours, grade 2 (2:2) in a relevant discipline.
• If applicants have a lower result or an unrelated qualification, they may be considered on a case-by-case basis if they can provide evidence of five years industry experience (Recognised Prior Learning).
