Microcreds overview
The micro-credential in Natural Resources Law, which is taught fully online, encompasses a range of topics including Nature Conservation and Biodiversity Law, Air Law, Water Law, Industrial Licensing Law, Waste Law, Impact Assessment Law, and environmental law aspects of forestry, agriculture, and aquaculture.
The micro-credential is taught by leading environmental law experts in these fields, with extensive experience in academia and in practice.
This micro-credential also complements another micro-credential offered by the UCD Sutherland School of Law; Foundations of Environmental Law. Natural Resources Law can be taken as a standalone micro-credential, but effectively builds on top of the foundational knowledge gained via Foundations of Environmental Law.
Therefore, for those who already have a good grasp of the foundational aspects of environmental law, this micro-credential will be of particular interest.
