Microcreds overview
This micro-credential is designed for those in management roles or those transitioning into management, with the underpinning logic that effective communication and leadership is critical to success, maximising engagement, nurturing talent, and teamwork.
It will be practice orientated and review the key elements of talent engagement and performance. It will provide you with the tools, techniques, and confidence to have coaching conversations with your team and peers in real time on issues that directly improve business performance and the professional development of others.
Each learner will have the opportunity to self-assess and get 360 feedback on their emotional intelligence skills, and how these skills can be utilised for engaging others in better conversations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years professional or managerial work experience.
