This micro-credential facilitates participants develop the knowledge and skills that underpin the mediation of conflicts and disputes. In addition to understanding current concepts, policy and good practice relating to mediation, participants will develop the critical skills required to be an effective mediator. Mediation skills are a desirable skill in a range of professions and industries, including for those working in human resources, trade unions and in any role where conflict may need to be resolved.
